Proyek Pembangunan Pipa Tranmisi Gas Segmen SKG Belawan Sampai Dengan Stasiun Labuhan Batu

This project involves the construction and installation of a natural gas transmission pipeline connecting the Special Gas Receiving Station (SKG) Belawan to Labuhan Batu Station. The project is aimed at establishing a safe, reliable, and efficient gas transmission system to support regional energy infrastructure and ensure a continuous supply of natural gas.

Scope of Work includes:

  • Right-of-way preparation and route clearing
  • Pipeline trenching and excavation
  • Pipe stringing, alignment, and installation
  • Pipeline welding and joint coating
  • Lowering and laying of the pipeline
  • Backfilling and site restoration
  • Installation of supporting pipeline facilities
  • Hydrostatic testing and pipeline inspection
  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
  • Implementation of strict HSE, quality, and environmental standards

Pekerjaan Pipa Jalur Air Bersih Jakarta

This project involves the construction and installation of a clean water distribution pipeline system in Jakarta using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. The project is intended to provide a reliable, safe, and efficient clean water distribution network to support the needs of residential, commercial, and public facilities.


Scope of Work includes:


Surveying and preparation of the pipeline route

Right-of-way preparation and site clearing

Trenching and excavation works

Supply and installation of HDPE clean water pipes

HDPE pipe jointing using butt fusion and/or electrofusion methods

Installation of fittings, valves, and other pipeline accessories

Pipe lowering, alignment, and connection

Pressure testing and leakage testing

Flushing and cleaning of the pipeline

Backfilling and surface restoration

Final inspection, testing, and commissioning


Project Highlight:

The project utilizes HDPE piping technology, which provides excellent corrosion resistance, flexibility, durability, and long service life.
